Yes, I, Aakash Dhingra (owner) personally make all the products from choosing the wood to cutting, assembly, sanding and finishing. I use a mix of hand and power tools. I don't believe that a handmade products needs to only use hand tools. For me, what separates handmade from factory is whether there is a production line and optimised machines behind a product making 100s and 1000s of them or a human being making 1 at a time. For me the best part about this online store is that I can reach out to a wider audience and share my craft. When you buy and you send me a message later on that you "love it". That's when the process of making feels complete. I make everything with care and attention to detail. I work with the nature of the wood - if it has unique characteristics - then i adapt according to it and I can adjust with changes during the making. Which is why I offer personalisation or customisation in most of my products because I'd like to make something closer to what people would want.
