Shipping Policy
All orionmade products are handcrafted with care.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-7 business days if in stock and 7-14 business days otherwise.
For made-to-order or custom items, the shipping and processing times are custom.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Products are shipped across India through trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post. ​
Return & Exchange Policy
At Orionmade, every product is handcrafted with care, using natural materials and traditional techniques. Slight variations in grain, texture, or finish are part of what makes each piece unique - not defects.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
We understand that sometimes things can go wrong in transit.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll be happy to exchange it for the same item, provided the following conditions are met:
You must contact us at orionmade.in@gmail.com
within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, and a short description of the issue.
Once approved, you’ll need to ship the item back to us in its original packaging.
Return shipping will be borne by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges for:
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
Custom or made-to-order pieces
Items purchased during sales or promotions
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been processed or shipped.
If you wish to cancel immediately after placing an order, please write to us within 12 hours at orionmade.in@gmail.com , and we’ll do our best to assist you.
